I made chocolate banana bread a few days ago–using a glutenous recipe to make a gluten-free version–and it was SO GOOD!!!
I used this recipe, but with a few changes.
Chocolate Banana Bread (based off of Two Peas and Their Pod’s recipe.)
- 3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour (I used this flour)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 brown bananas
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Follow the same directions as in the original recipe, but add the cinnamon and nutmeg with all of the other dry ingredients and add the extra egg with the other egg. And add the extra butter with the other butter. I also cooked it for only about thirty minutes instead of the original 60-65 minutes, but I used a toaster oven.
