Poetry: Lowercase Letters

Lowercase Letters

Little letters

look up to uppercase

think

“Why not me?”

Little

alone

think worthless

but without them

writing would be nothing

So teach those lowercase

little ones to

understand how important they are

we need them

so raise your voices

to tell the little ones

they are important – don’t lose confidence,

but don’t let your confidence overflow.

Don’t be stiff-necked, be strong, don’t give up, believe in yourself.

About Me

Hi! I’m Emma! I love to bake, eat (anything gluten free that doesn’t taste like cardboard), craft, write, play cello, sing, do calligraphy and play with my dog, Cali (She’s on Instagram now!) Yeah, my bedroom is also actually the cupboard under the stairs, just like Harry Potter 🙂
